•Receive considerate, respectful, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, religion, or disability at all times and under all conditions.
• Receive care in a safe environment free from all forms of abuse, neglect or harassment.
• Be cared for and served by qualified competent and caring staff who are trained according to international clinical laboratory standards.
• Called by your proper name and title. Have the right to know the names of the lab team who are taking care of you (Doctors, technical or administrative staff).
• Be confident that your health and social data and information are secure and confidential information that are not allowed for disclosure unless when allowed by relevant standards and/or law.
• Commitment to maintaining the privacy of patients through communication and sample collection procedures and security and confidentiality of data, medical examination reports and related communications.
• Receiving scientifically reliable information about examination requirements and any necessary preparations.
• To get clear information about your service charges and reporting times.
• Get a copy of your medical examination records and have the information explained, if needed (only within the scope of laboratory expertise and specialty).
• Speak up for any concerns about the care you receive. If you have a problem or complaint, you may talk with Laboratory Management to solve your complaint.

Cairo Clinical Labs’ Customers Responsibilities:
• Provide complete and accurate personal information including full name, address, phone number and date of birth. Also ID or insurance data when it is required.
• Provide a copy of your ID if required.
• Provide complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, health conditions, medications and other information that may be pertinent to your health and as needed by the laboratory service requirements.
• Ask for further explanation for any unclear information or instructions.
• You will be solely responsible for the consequences if you do not follow the instructions of the laboratory staff or in case of providing misleading information.
• Make Service payment or arrange for payment of in an agreed time frame.
